On November 9th, Lester Rosen is going to be presenting a webinar on pre-employment background screening, including the use of criminal records, privacy concerns, and negligent hiring lawsuits.
Having recently read Mr. Rosen's Safe Hiring Manual I can tell you he knows his stuff and has a talent for writing in a clear, understandable manner.
