It is too easy to set u...I couldn't agree more. It is too easy to set up a selection or testing process from the perspective of the organization. What filter works best for us? What is the most efficient and cheapest method? I think that a wise employer will step back for a minute and think about the applicant experience. Does the experience flow? Is it user friendly? It is confusing? It should be simple and intuitive for a person when they are applying for a job or taking one of your tests.
